The latest addition to the team, Tik arrived from one of the city's top hotels in September '09. Overseas trained with an impressive body of work in some of the world's holiday hotspots, Tik brings a tasty international flavour to our popular Buffet Lunch and Dinner cruises.

Ian Bowyer: Master / Maintainence

A veteran of Lake Rotorua cruising, Ian has been involved with the Lakeland Queen for the best part of the last 10 years. His current tour of duty began in 2006 following work on Australia's Great Barrier Reef. With his trademark welcoming smile and entertaining commentary, Ian can be found both behind the wheel and down in the Engine Room keeping the old girl running like clockwork.

Emma Hodges: Office Administrator / Events Co-ordinator

Stolen by us from the world-famous Agrodome just up the road, Emma and her team manage the large volume of bookings that arrive in our office each day. Emma can also help you plan that office party, family reunion or wedding on 'Rotorua's Grand Old Lady of the Lake.'

Kim Patel: Food and Beverage Manager

With considerable hospitality experience in several NZ cities, Kim is without doubt one of the top Food and Beverage Managers in town!  Kim and her hard-working team aim to provide guests with a unique experience in New Zealand's holiday paradise.
